To be honest that collecting pictures of project cases has always been a big challenge. We may have more than hundreds or even thousands of installations a year in a city, but it is often so difficult to collect installation pictures from even one single installation site.
In some cases, it is not suitable to take pictures in order to protect privacy, such as when the installation is in a military zone, near a municipal security department, near a private residential area, etc. In other cases, it is because the installation is far from the city and it is impossible to get there in time because of its really long distances.
Today we would like to present a special case, which was installed nearly 5 years ago at the beginning of 2018. The products are solar and grid hybrid garden lights, and their model name is Lightgogo 5. Which has been placed in a community of salon-de-Provence in the south of France. The maximum power is 60 watts, the total luminous flux is 10,800 lumens, and the installation height is 6 meters.
The Lightgogo 5 is an integrated solar-powered garden light with a built-in solar power system, energy storage, and a smart lighting control system to ensure adequate lighting for all seasons of the year. In case of a significant loss of sunlight in winter or a rainy season, the built-in mains power supply is automatically switched on and connected to the mains 220V to guarantee a safe and efficient illumination and a sufficient duration of light.
The Lightgogo 5 garden light was originally black, but has been repainted in blue to emphasize the local character of the area where they were installed, as well as the pole.
The lighting effect of the installation is clearly visible, with an average illumination level of 15lux or more, much safer for residents to go out at night and more people to go out for exercise. Thanks to the unique optical design of Lightgogo 5, the light pollution is reduced to a significant level and the impact of the light on the plants and animals is also prevented.
